a2c’s history dates back to 1994 where its founder Craig Spitzer started Alliance Consulting which grew to a national company with over $100 million in revenue and over 700 employees before being acquired by Safeguard Scientifics in 2002.  The resulting company decided to take the direction of being an off-shore, managed services organization which created a void for both our customers and consulting base.


In 2007, a2c was founded to provide a blend of Solutions Consulting, IT Staff Augmentation and Executive Search offerings to the industry's leading Fortune 1000 organizations.  Today, many of the original members of the senior level management team, sales, recruiting and technical personnel comprise our organization as it continues to evolve and grow.
